LeeAnn Jennings

I bring an extensive background in healthcare to Restoration Haus. My early years were spent gaining a solid foundation in the Emergency Department, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Intensive Care Unit. I later served in leadership roles, including Emergency Department Director and Chief Nursing Officer at Wise Health System in Decatur, Texas. In fact, I was nominated for Wise County Person of the Year in 2020 for my leadership during the pandemic.

Helping people has always been my lifelong calling, and every role I've taken has solidified that passion. My journey continues here at Restoration Haus, and I’m genuinely excited to help each of my patients achieve their personal goals for health, wellness, and beauty by individualizing their care.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global and hold additional degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington. I'm also a certified medical weight loss specialist, making me your qualified partner for achieving your weight goals. My commitment to lifelong learning means I use only evidence-based practice, and as an active member of organizations like the Menopause Society and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, I ensure high-quality, current care is always available right here in Wise County.

When I’m not in the clinic, I love spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren, and traveling with friends. I practice what I preach by exercising regularly and prioritizing self-care. I have a genuine passion for taking care of people and firmly believe in health and wellness. I want all my patients to live their absolute best life. My many successful years in the healthcare industry are a testament to my commitment to patient care.

Madison Reaves

I'm Madison Reaves, a dedicated nurse injector at Restoration Haus. Since beginning my nursing career in 2017, I've built a diverse clinical foundation in cardiology, vascular access, and school nursing. I am currently advancing my expertise by pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas at Arlington, with a target graduation in 2028.

My approach to aesthetics is centered on achieving natural, harmonious results that enhance your unique features. Choosing a favorite treatment is nearly impossible, though I have a particular affinity for the transformative effects of lip filler and full-face Radiesse—ideally performed in tandem for a beautifully refreshed look. Personally, I swear by microneedling and Radiesse for their unmatched ability to refine skin quality and stimulate long-term collagen production.

When it comes to skincare, daily SPF is my absolute non-negotiable. I also firmly believe that a high-quality, medical-grade retinol is the cornerstone of any effective routine. These two steps are more than just products; they are a vital investment in your skin's future health and vitality.

Outside the treatment room, I cherish time spent outdoors or keeping up with my active boys. Whether I'm hunting, fishing, hiking, or diving into a new romantasy novel, I value balance. I also have a refined appreciation for high-quality tequila and am quite protective of my evening self-care ritual—it's the perfect end to a busy day.

Hi, I’m Courtney! Laser Professional & Medical Aesthetician here at Restoration Haus. I’ve been in the industry for nearly 6 years, and I genuinely love what I do. There’s just something so rewarding about helping people feel confident in their skin again because life is way too short to not feel good about yourself.

I’m all about realistic, results-driven skincare and creating treatment plans that actually make sense for you. One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing people waste money on bad skincare or treatments that aren’t right for their skin goals. I want my clients to feel educated, comfortable, and excited when they walk through our doors, never overwhelmed.

Whether we’re treating acne, pigmentation, texture, aging concerns, or just getting your skin healthier overall, my goal is always the same: natural, healthy looking skin that makes you feel like your best self.

I love building relationships with my clients and getting to watch their confidence grow with every appointment. Truly nothing makes me happier than seeing someone leave feeling refreshed, confident, and obsessed with their results.

Bailey Valentine

Hi, I’m Bailey! As a licensed esthetician and certified Face Reality Acne Expert, my passion is corrective skincare and helping you feel truly confident. Since graduating from esthetics and laser school, I've dedicated the last two years to customizing treatment and skincare plans focused on long-term skin health and achieving those natural, glowing results we all love. I also specialize in brow laminations! I love enhancing your natural features in a way that feels effortless and elevated.

My absolute favorite treatment to perform is microneedling. It’s unbelievably effective for concerns like acne scars, texture, pigmentation, and overall rejuvenation. I’m also a huge advocate for maintaining a healthy skin barrier. I believe balanced, hydrated skin is the essential foundation for lasting results.

When it comes to must-have products, I always recommend Epicutis Hyvia Crème and Hydrinity Vivid Brightening Serum. They are powerhouses for deep hydration, brightening, and supporting optimal skin function.

I’m Chelsey! I earned my aesthetician license through NCTC and have since dedicated myself to deepening my expertise through independent research and specialized training alongside professional skincare experts. I’m a firm believer that staying curious and continuing my education is the secret to providing you with the most effective, science-backed care possible.

My absolute favorite treatment to both receive and perform is microneedling—it’s truly transformative! I love it because it’s a powerhouse for improving acne scarring, smoothing out fine lines, and giving the skin a radiant, healthy glow. Plus, it drastically enhances how well your skin absorbs all those lovely products we use.
